Terms of Service

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostDwell (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PostDwell helps local businesses manage their online presence — creating content and publishing it to the third-party networks they choose to connect, and viewing related performance. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram). When you connect an account, you authorize PostDwell to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for example to publish content you create. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. You may disconnect any platform, or revoke access from the platform itself, at any time.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant PostDwell the limited rights needed to store your content and to publish it to the networks you select, solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content; to violate any third-party platform's rules; to send spam; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on the cycle shown at sign-up. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any post will be delivered, displayed, or perform in any particular way, as that depends on third-party platforms outside our control. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of those platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostDwell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; deletion of your data follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
