Data Deletion
You can delete your PostDwell data, and revoke any connected-account access, at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Request deletion by email
Email support@postdwell.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and associated data — including any stored access tokens for your connected accounts — within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Option 2 — Disconnect or delete from within the app
- Disconnect a single account: open the Connections page and remove the connected account. This deletes the stored token for that account.
- Delete your whole account: contact us using Option 1 to remove your entire account and all of its data.
Revoke access from Facebook / Instagram (Meta)
You can also remove PostDwell's access directly from Meta, which immediately invalidates the connection:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find PostDwell, select it, and choose Remove.
Once removed, PostDwell can no longer publish to or read from that account. Any access token we held for it is deleted on our side as part of the deletion process.
